Holey Moley. I walked into this place on a whim and was so shocked surprised. Classy Mexican vibe that reminded me of Italy for some reason. The food was SO GOOD. I’m a foodie and wow. Flavors and presentation. Excellent value for the price. The Chilean Pinot noir was so light and smooth, as well!

This new restaurant has only been open for about two months, but it’s already made a fantastic impression! From the moment you walk in, the staff’s warmth and friendliness make you feel right at home. The interior is elegant and modern, with the added bonus of great air conditioning, which makes it super comfortable to relax and enjoy your meal. The menu isn’t very long, but that’s actually a good thing—it’s focused and full of creative, interesting options. When the food arrives, you can’t help but be impressed by how beautifully it’s presented; it’s clear a lot of thought and care goes into each dish. And the flavors? Absolutely delicious! Every bite was an experience. All in all, this place is a true find. Amazing food, a classy yet welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service. I can’t wait to go back!

Wow! Never expected this quality of food, drinks and service in an easy to miss location less than 10 minutes walk from the airport in PV! Exceptional. We had a long layover and found them on Google maps and decided to take a chance. We were so happy to find such a great place for a respite from the heat. Huberto was our server and he was so welcoming, great sense of humor too Seriously all the staff there were terrific! I met the chef/owner and the master chef and found out they just opened a new restaurant 2 weeks ago called TLALI in Colonia Versalles. We will definitely check it out the next time we’re here. If you have time for food and a drink before your flight or even after you arrive, do yourself a favor and stop in to Casa Cayaco. You won’t regret it! Best margaritas in PV (fresh lime juice not bar mix) homemade chips, homemade bread, fresh catch of the day with all sauces and salsas from scratch. A 5 star experience. Highly recommend

We come to PV for a month each winter and try to check out restaurants that are new each season. This year we started with Cayaco Antojeria Mexicana. A little hole in the wall type place done up to perfection. The food is traditional Mexican and all made in house. The staff were excellent and just fluent enough to explain that which needed explaining. We had appetizers, mains and dessert, along with cocktails, wine and an espresso cocktail to finish. All were delicious. So much so that we intend to come back next week and try other items on the menu. If you are looking for high quality Mexican cuisine give this a try. I doubt you can find better in this category.

Can’t stop going to this place because it’s so good! So far, I’ve only gone for dinner—which is amazing! Tortillas and bread are made in hose. We love the pork pool, the tomato salad, the lamb barbacoa, shrimp, and love to taste the various interesting appetizers. These flavors and recipes are so interesting and delicious—It’s great to try dishes inspired by local food traditions and also experience dishes inspired by other regions in Mexico. Ambiance and presentation is lovely and staff is accommodating and friendly. Can’t wait to go back for their lauded breakfast/lunch menu offerings.

A delicious new restaurant across from the airport. The chef has a great touch. I had the best shrimp tostada ever. The flavors were delightful and the lightest tosdoda, more appealing in my preference. I also had a mixed seafood plate. The presentation was great. Infused smoke I believe in the glass cover and then released. I also dined here for breakfast. Excellent and the americano was the best in puerto vallarta. If you have time ahead of your flight, I highly recommend you dine here instead of the very overpriced food in the airport.
